Air McCall, Inc. of Jacksonville, FL is seeking to hire a full-time HVAC Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to offer great customer service over the phone, schedule service/installations, and dispatch technicians to our customers' homes. As an HVAC Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer.

While answering calls, you dispatch field technicians to customers' homes. Your hard work ensures that we are able to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. And to give our customers peace of mind, you keep them updated and informed.

Additionally, you perform basic office duties. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with a variety of tasks. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.


  • Customer service experience
  • Multi-line phone experience
  • Basic computer skills

Experience as an HVAC dispatcher is a preferred, but not required. We can train the right person! Are you reliable? Do you have excellent customer service and phone skills? Are you organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively? Are you flexible? Do you have good communication skills, both verbally and written? Are you attentive to detail? Are you friendly and able to empathize with others? Are you calm and patient? If so, then you might just be perfect for this position!


The schedule for this position will be flexible and will vary based on office needs.
