A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR / DISPATCHER

As a Customer Service Representative / CSR / Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best service possible. You cheerfully respond to customer calls ready to answer their questions and problem solve. With your strong organizational skills, you schedule service appointments. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to HVAC field technicians. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.

You call customers to verify that services have been performed appropriately and clients are satisfied. You also have the opportunity to perform a variety of office duties as needed. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly. You love that you help make our clients comfortable and happy!

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in customer service
  • Understanding of how to operate multi-line phones
  • Knowledge of basic computer functions

Experience as an HVAC dispatcher is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person! Are you the kind of person who quickly catches on to what needs to be done, and then jumps right in? Are you attentive to detail and organized? Can you effectively solve problems? Do you have strong communication skills? Can you stay calm and collected in challenging situations? If so, you may be perfect for this position!
